Ashley Marsh, RDN
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who believes in the power of food to improve quality of life. My nutrition philosophy is focused on balance, moderation, and variety. I provide nutrition coaching at the YMCA for individuals to help them become more in tune with their bodies. I believe that intuitive eating enables people to manage weight and have a healthy relationship with food. I also enjoy teaching people to meal plan, shop on a budget, and feed their families.
Before my current job, I completed an accredited dietetic program and internship through Brigham Young University. I also passed the national registration exam to become an RDN. During my internship, I spent 9 months in several rotations in hospitals, community agencies, and other health facilities. I graduated summa cum laude from BYU's Dietetic Program in April 2013. I love learning about food and interacting with people. I enjoy doing almost anything outdoors, cooking, reading, volunteering, and spending time with my husband.
